I play a number of acoustic instruments (DADGAD guitar, whistles, highland bagpipes, Scottish smallpipes, octave mandolin) and still do some song writing here and there when I am inspired and can find time. I’ve recorded with a number of local artists and enjoy the studio as much as the impromptu session or one-off performance. Most recently, I’ve been backing the much-celebrated uilleann piper, Eliot Grasso, on rhythm guitar. I'm as likely to be found playing in churches as in pubs, and am always open to new ideas or collaborative challenges, so talk to me about your ideas.
