Research Fellow, Institute for the Study of Labor (IZA)
Co-Editor, Economic Inquiry
Co-Editor, Economics of Education Review

I am an applied econometrician, with broad interests in labour, health, and education. I live in the intersection of data and policy, applying careful methods to identifying causal relationships that lead to better understandings of the underlying behaviour of individuals and institutions. I teach micro principles, labour, and industrial organization at the undergraduate level, and advanced micro-econometrics and labour topics at the graduate level. I am also on the teaching faculties of the Clark Honors College and the Executive MBA program of the Lundquist College of Business.
